Our rates vary per project type. Thus, we encourage that you “request for a quote” first to make sure you get the best price for the exact service that you need. Upon inquiry, our rep will discuss to you the specifics of your possible order and its corresponding rate.

Our team of creative designers does brainstorm and discussion before the start of the project. We consider several factors in making designs. These include your business industry, current trends, and your preferred color combination/patterns. From there, designers will create a draft and present them to you.

Every project is unique, and so is our approach to your design needs. We don’t recycle and copy from any source. We make sure we brainstorm and collaborate to ensure great outputs.

Yes, we do accept other writing projects depending on the nature of the task, example press release, grants proposal, advertisement, etc.  We need to  understand your needs before we can give you an accurate quote

Yes, you may do so. The timer will track each task separately.

We have a time tracker for every task and a monthly report  will be provided.

The charge for the additional hour is based on the package you choose.  For example, the studio plan is allocated 60 hours per month. The usage for that month is 62 hours The additional fee is $33 X 2 hours = $66.

Any unused hours will not be carried over to next month.  It will be good if the request can be submitted as early as possible.

Yes, you may do so. It is a pay-as-you-go service, there are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.

Our billing is on the 25th of each month. If you decide to cancel the plan, you need to inform us before the 25th of that month. Your billing will be stopped from the next billing cycle.

First of all, you need a Gmail. We will have a common folder in Google Drive whereby you can upload your request.  All materials and request can be tracked easily.
